Partner agreement, short version

Submitting this application and checking the box below means you've read and agree to the following terms:

  • Your cut: 30% of every dollar CGA collects from clients you source, for as long as those clients are active. Paid monthly, reconciled within 15 days of month close.
  • Attribution: Credit goes to the partner who runs the first scoping call with the prospect. Introductions alone (email or text) don't lock in attribution.
  • No exclusivity: No minimum quotas, no exclusive markets, no non-competes. Send us one deal or twenty.
  • Taxes: You are an independent contributor, not an employee. We collect a W-9 before your first payout and issue a 1099 at year end if earnings cross the IRS threshold.
  • Representation: You agree not to misrepresent CGA's capabilities, pricing, or timelines. The Command Center we give you includes the rehearsed answers that keep pitches accurate.
  • No partner exchange of confidential data: You don't receive any client's data; we handle all tool delivery. If you learn confidential info about a prospect in a scoping conversation, treat it confidentially.
  • Termination: Either side can end the partnership with 30 days notice. Payouts on already-received client revenue continue per the terms above. No clawbacks.
